4E+ ltd is an engineering company founded by a group of professional engineers and architects who gained an extensive know-how in various engineering sectors and field of application over the years spent as consultants and planners for Italian companies and organization of national and international importance.
4E+ ltd is founded in 2014 as a young and dynamic interprofessional association, with the aim of offering its customers an integrated and innovative 360 degrees service in civil, industrial and service engineering field. Each of our proposals comes from the high problem solving skills in the design and implementation of complex technological systems, products and services, regardless of the application sector.
The multidisciplinarity of 4E+ ltd, being a lab for the development of new ideas, products and best practices deriving from the active collaboration with professionals and companies operating in the most diverse production sectors and services in general, guarantees innovative, integrated and efficient solutions in every step of life cycle management process: from preliminary consultancy to post-implementation assistance.

When we talk about projects for structural or infrastructural realizations (buildings, plants, production lines and similar) our commitment is to provide turnkey solutions. We want to provide the client with the the practicality and the cheapness to rely on us as a single reference point to delegate the development, management and coordination tasks of the entire team of professionals or companies wich contribute to the final realization.
When we talk about the products or services development, generating comfort means providing simple adoption solutions for the client of our client, and making the entire LCM simple and efficient.

To Design
Each project has its own characteristics, needs, critical issues and vulnerability: that’s why we never standardize our proposals but we “tailor” each solution as a skilled tailor would do, following and advising customers at each stage, creating and always looking for new solutions.
To Check
The ability to control, understood as a check of compliance with the project requirements, is the foundation to avoid that small errors or variations can lead to missing the goals or to unsustainable costs, with the consequent failure of the project.
The control must be flexible and specific with respect to the sector, the project and the customer.
The success key is in the deep knowledge of the rules (International or otherwise) in force for the verification phases and in their critical application above all.
To Inform
We are guided by the will to disseminate best practices so that the culture of those who work with us (customers and others) can grow and be always in step with the best technical and technological solutions.
In particular, the client training and information phase is fundamental in the design path. Our task in this regard is to convey the reasons that lead to choose some solutions rather than others, to let the client to understand the characteristics of the technologies and technological solutions adopted, to illustrate the alternatives available at the state of the art, as well as the analytical methods chosen to define the economic frameworks.
This phase of close relationship with the client is a source of reciprocal exchange, influence and growth, in spite of what it may seem.

Engineers Pistoli Andrea and Barbarini Michele are the two founders and legal representatives of 4E+ ltd.

Andrea Pistoli
Engineer
Technical Director, designer and developer for 4E+ LTD. He mainly deals with systems integration and Home and Building Automation. Degree in Electronic Engineering of Automatic Control at Polytechnic University of Marche with a dissertation on the «Navigation and Guidance System for an Autonomus Vehicle with Vertical Take-Off and Landing» which involved the
develop of the embedded software for the automatic Navigation and Guidance Modules.
In his professional career he has worked for major companies (IMESA spa,GX Italia ltd, InfoSolution Spa) as an expert in automation, embedded software developer and embedded HMI.
He’s a consultant for the analysis, development and prototyping of embedded systems related to the field of automatic control systems and ICT, in civil and industrial application.
He was technical coordinator of the E-CIVES © project for GreenerG srl, aimed at developing a new service infrastructure for building automation. The project ended with a first prototype installation made on condominium located near the city of Pesaro.
As an example, he worked on the implementation of the Fly Value Smart Recovery System, a system composed by a radio control and an embedded electronic device used to safety terminate flights of RPAS whose operations are becoming unsafe.
He has designed an electronic radio system, which was proposed to the Italian Authority for Civil Aviation (ENAC), capable to trace in real-time the remotely piloted aircraft vehicles authorized by ENAC itself.
